day two

Today I want to meet a friend of mine in down town, the weather was nice, so I decided to drive earlier- to get 40 minutes input of random people. I chose a parking place near Marion Square. See which nice drawings I´ve got.

She was prepared, she saw the sign and came back with her own pen. But I didn´t know if her pen was waterproof, so I gave her mine.

It would be nice, if the people which are drawing at the car and see / read them self here, say "hello" by a comment. Then I can give the persons on pictures names.

I meet them again, 2 hours later in the city, the world is so small.

draw on me - the story

I am an European intern in the States - I bought a car - old and grey. Grey is boring, so I thought about to draw on it, but what? so huge surface...










The solution, buy marker and ask people to draw on your car! But also I need gas money, and I am sure people have fun to draw on cars - it isn´t common yet.





I decided to take 2 Dollar, if somebody wants to draw on my car - 2nd advantage: If you pay 2 Dollar, you won´t write vulgary content. To think about what to draw - that´s what I want!

But the first day I asked people to draw for free at this nice vehicle, I needed some input which animate other people to draw. Furthermore I must checked out, how can I communicate with pedestrians - for me it is new as well...

I can´t describe some people views - maybe I will film the next time the activity. Definitely I will go again for it - more ideas? Post it!
